Logging

Startup / System logs

When running on a console, system logs are directly printed within the cmd window.

• When running on a windows service, system logs are sent to Windows event log, source: „Application“.

Application logs

The standard logging configuration writes all application logs to a file. See configuration in appsettings.json. All logging configurations are executed there (Serilog extension).
